I’ve decided to collect resources for those searching for the truth about a policy developed to establish fair access to employment opportunities, create a workforce that is an accurate reflection of the demographics of the qualified available workforce in the relevant job market.

I will be updating this post with information on resources to help supporters of the policy be better advocates. I encourage you to share relevant articles, programs, and resources in the comments below.

  • Since the birth of affirmative action in the 1960s, many cases of revolving around affirmative action have been brought to the Supreme Court. Host a game night to spark a discussion about inequality.
  • In 2012, women made up 46.9% of the workforce and held roughly 51.5% of managerial, professional, and related positions.
